In the production line of melt spun nonwovens, the fibers are mainly overlapped with each other in the plane. The binding force between the fibers in the vertical direction is very low, and can hardly bear the external force from any direction, so it does not have practical application value. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt proper web consolidation process to strengthen the connection between fibers, so that the web can become a nonwovens with certain MD and CD strength. Hot rolling mill is to make use of the characteristics of thermoplastic fiber, so that under the joint action of the high temperature heat of the hot rolling press roll and the high pressure generated between the two rolls, the fiber web deforms, melts and adheres to each other at the embossing point, and the loose fiber web is consolidated and shaped into a certain strength nonwovens.
As an indispensable equipment in spinning and melting production line, the daily management of hot rolling mill is as follows:
1. When the machine is running, personnel are not allowed to enter the space where the hot rolling mill is connected with the netting platform; Personnel are not allowed to enter the protective net at the drive end for inspection. Do not touch the safety device to avoid shutdown. It is strictly forbidden to touch the two heating rollers to avoid crushing or scalding.
2. When heating up the oil furnace, the hot rolling mill must be started and the rolls must be separated to prevent the deformation of the rolls.
3. When the temperature of oil furnace rises to the set temperature, the rolling mill can be put into production without alarm.
In normal production, we must often observe whether the lubricating oil pump, return oil pressure and oil temperature are normal to prevent bearing damage.
During the operation of the machine, especially in the production of small quantity products, it is forbidden for personnel to walk through the space (channel) under the products, so as to avoid affecting the stable operation of the products and the occurrence of electrostatic discharge.
6. When the machine is running, attention must be paid to the protection of the machine to prevent the upstream hard objects from entering the hot rolling mill and damaging the roll. If this happens, press the emergency stop switch quickly to stop the operation of the hot rolling mill. The upper and lower rolls will stop rotating and separate automatically.
When repairing the hot rolling mill, the hydraulic oil pump should be shut down to reduce the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil and the wear of the oil pump.
8 during the regenerative operation, if the circulating oil pump stops suddenly, the circulating oil pump should be started immediately after troubleshooting to avoid local overheating of the heat transfer oil.
9 in case of winding failure or need to clean up foreign matters on the roll surface, only tools made of soft metal materials can be used, and hard tools are not allowed to clean or impact the roll surface.
If the sudden power failure or other faults stop the high temperature roll, the manual turning method must be used every 10 minutes to make the roll rotate 180 degrees to prevent the permanent deformation of the roll.
11. During normal shutdown, the hot rolling mill can be stopped and the power switch on the cabinet can be turned off only when the temperature of the oil furnace of the rolling mill drops below 80 ℃.
The oil dripping from heating system and machine should be cleaned frequently to keep the equipment clean to avoid polluting the workshop environment and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Pay attention to the safety of the heating system, and place a certain number of fire extinguishers near the machine.
